External repairs and decoration to another premium property in W8
The project entails repairing poor work undertaken by previous decorators, structural repairs to the stucco and brickwork via Heli fixing, roof repair and lead capping of balastrade. The client was delighted with the end result.

Background to project
These clients were modernizing a house that had been in the family for 50 years. Obviously the project had more than the usual personal attachment to these clients, and they now had an opportunity to breathe new life into this lovely old house, and add their mark to the property. Very early on NSP provided them with advice and guidance in regard to the development.
NSP finally received the contract, beating several other established contractors in the area, and commenced work on this large project. The project mainly went according to plan, when issues arose NSP used their considerable experience and skill to overcome the problems that are expected when working on a large house that had not been improved for many years. Problems were dealt with with the minimum of stress and inconvenience to the client.
The project included a new water main supply, central heating, and total renewal of the electrical installation. The removal of a large chimney breast, the covering of a courtyard to create a utility room, creation and first and second fix of the bathrooms, plastering and all of the decoration, as well as gravelling the driveway.
Conclusion
NSP worked closely with the project manager and client to produce an outstanding refurbishment that our clients are delighted with. Our way of working has allowed the clients to take advantage of every opportunity to add their signature to this family home.
